1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to ArchSpex.
ArchSpex is a digital specification and product discovery platform owned and operated by GTV Global L.L.C., Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“GTV Global”, “ArchSpex”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the ArchSpex platform, website, services, content, tools, directories, databases, product listings, manufacturer profiles, BIM resources, technical documentation, RFQ services, sample request services, or any related functionality (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
We reserve the right to refuse access to any user, manufacturer, organization, or visitor at our sole discretion.
2. Platform Services
ArchSpex provides a digital platform designed to facilitate the discovery, evaluation, specification, promotion, and communication of building materials, construction products, interior products, systems, and related services.
The Platform may include:
- Manufacturer profiles
- Product listings
- Technical documentation
- BIM and CAD resources
- Certifications and compliance documents
- Product images and marketing materials
- RFQ functionality
- Sample request functionality
- Project-related information
- Visibility and advertising opportunities
- Membership and subscription services
ArchSpex acts solely as an information and communication platform.
ArchSpex is not a manufacturer, supplier, distributor, contractor, consultant, engineer, architect, procurement agent, reseller, importer, exporter, or project manager.
ArchSpex does not participate in product transactions between users and manufacturers.
3. User Accounts
Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain the security of login credentials
- Keep account information current
- Accept responsibility for all activities under their account
ArchSpex may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Users may not:
- Share login credentials
- Impersonate another person or company
- Create multiple fraudulent accounts
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform
4. Manufacturer Listings
Manufacturer participation on ArchSpex is subject to review and approval.
ArchSpex reserves the right to:
- Accept or reject any manufacturer application
- Remove listings at any time
- Request additional documentation
- Modify listing requirements
- Reorganize product categories
Manufacturers are solely responsible for:
- Product descriptions
- Technical data
- Certifications
- BIM files
- CAD files
- Images
- Marketing content
- Compliance with applicable laws
Publication of a manufacturer, product, service, certification, BIM object, CAD file, technical document, advertisement, project reference, image, logo, or other content on the Platform shall not be interpreted as an endorsement, recommendation, warranty, approval, certification, verification, guarantee, or validation by ArchSpex or GTV Global L.L.C.
ArchSpex reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, which manufacturers, products, services, and content are accepted, displayed, promoted, suspended, or removed from the Platform.
ArchSpex shall have no obligation to publish, maintain, promote, or continue displaying any manufacturer, product, or content.
5. Product Information Disclaimer
All product information displayed on the Platform is provided by manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, or third parties.
ArchSpex and GTV Global make no representation or warranty regarding:
- Accuracy
- Completeness
- Reliability
- Suitability
- Availability
- Performance
- Regulatory compliance
of any product, service, document, BIM file, certification, specification, or manufacturer information.
Users must independently verify all information before making design, specification, procurement, purchasing, engineering, construction, or project decisions.
Product information may change without notice.
ArchSpex assumes no responsibility for outdated, inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or incorrect information.
6. RFQs & Sample Requests
The Platform may allow users to submit requests for quotations (RFQs), sample requests, product inquiries, or communication requests.
ArchSpex acts solely as an intermediary communication platform.
ArchSpex does not review quotations, negotiate contracts, guarantee responses, guarantee pricing, guarantee availability, guarantee delivery, or guarantee sample fulfillment.
Any transaction, agreement, quotation, purchase, sample request, specification support, warranty, or commercial arrangement exists solely between the requesting party and the manufacturer.
ArchSpex and GTV Global are not parties to such transactions and assume no liability arising from them.
7. Intellectual Property
All Platform design, branding, trademarks, graphics, databases, software, text, functionality, structure, and content owned by ArchSpex or GTV Global are protected by intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, download in bulk, redistribute, or reverse engineer any Platform content without written permission.
All manufacturer trademarks, logos, product names, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
8. User Content
Users and manufacturers retain ownership of content they submit.
By submitting content to the Platform, users grant ArchSpex and GTV Global a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, publish, store, reproduce, distribute, promote, modify formatting, and use submitted content in connection with Platform operations and marketing activities.
Users warrant that they possess all necessary rights to submitted content.
Users agree to indemnify ArchSpex and GTV Global against any intellectual property claims arising from submitted content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArchSpex and GTV Global shall not be liable for:
- Product failures
- Design errors
- Specification errors
- Construction defects
- Project delays
- Procurement issues
- Financial losses
- Lost profits
- Lost opportunities
- Data loss
- Business interruption
- Third-party conduct
- Regulatory non-compliance
- Certification inaccuracies
- BIM model inaccuracies
- Technical document inaccuracies
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
10. Suspension & Termination
ArchSpex may suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate accounts, listings, memberships, advertisements, content, or Platform access at any time and without prior notice.
No refund obligation shall arise unless expressly agreed in writing.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute arising from the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
12. Changes to Terms
ArchSpex reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be published on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Contact Information
Platform Operator
ArchSpex is a trade name, brand, and digital platform owned and operated by GTV Global L.L.C., Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“GTV Global”).
Unless expressly stated otherwise, ArchSpex does not constitute a separate legal entity and all services provided through the Platform are offered by GTV Global L.L.C.
All memberships, subscriptions, advertising services, visibility packages, listing fees, sponsorships, promotional services, and related platform invoices are issued by and payable to GTV Global L.L.C.
All contractual relationships relating to the Platform shall be deemed to exist between the relevant user and GTV Global L.L.C.

14. Memberships, Subscriptions & Payments
Certain services offered through the Platform may require payment.
All fees are invoiced by and payable to GTV Global L.L.C.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes and VAT unless otherwise stated.
ArchSpex reserves the right to modify membership structures, benefits, services, and pricing at any time.
ArchSpex reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, decline renewal of, terminate, or modify any membership application, subscription, visibility package, advertising package, sponsorship arrangement, promotional service, or commercial relationship at its sole discretion.
15. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Membership fees, advertising fees, listing fees, sponsorship fees, visibility packages, promotional services, and related charges are non-refundable unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by GTV Global L.L.C.
16. Indemnification
Users, manufacturers, advertisers, and other participants agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ArchSpex and GTV Global L.L.C. from any claims arising from product information, submitted content, intellectual property violations, certification issues, BIM inaccuracies, or violations of these Terms.
17. Force Majeure
ArchSpex shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government actions, internet outages, cyber incidents, labor disputes, or telecommunications failures.
18. Export Control, Sanctions & Compliance
Users agree to comply with all applicable export control laws, sanctions regulations, anti-money laundering laws, and trade restrictions.
19. Electronic Communications
Users consent to receive communications electronically, including operational notices, legal notices, account updates, and marketing communications where permitted by law.
20. Entire Agreement & Severability
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and ArchSpex.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
21. Professional Advice Disclaimer
Nothing contained on the Platform constitutes architectural, engineering, design, legal, procurement, construction, regulatory, or professional advice.
Users must rely on their own professional judgment and independently verify all information.
22. BIM, CAD & Technical Resource Disclaimer
BIM models, CAD drawings, technical documents, certifications, calculations, and digital resources are provided solely for reference purposes.
Users must independently verify all technical information before use in any project.
23. Future Technologies & Platform Features
ArchSpex may introduce recommendation systems, AI-assisted search tools, automated categorization, analytics, or other technologies.
Such features are provided for informational purposes only and do not replace professional judgment.
24. Reliance on Information
All decisions regarding design, specification, procurement, engineering, construction, budgeting, installation, compliance, and product selection remain solely the responsibility of the relevant project stakeholders.
Any reliance on information obtained through the Platform is undertaken entirely at the user’s own risk.
25. No Agency, Partnership or Representation
Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, franchise relationship, or distributorship between ArchSpex, GTV Global, manufacturers, users, advertisers, or any third party.
26. Third-Party Links & External Resources
ArchSpex may contain links to third-party websites, BIM libraries, manufacturer websites, social media pages, certification databases, and external resources.
ArchSpex is not responsible for the content, security, availability, legality, or privacy practices of such third-party resources.
27. Platform Availability
ArchSpex does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or defect-free operation of the Platform.
The Platform may be modified, suspended, restricted, or discontinued at any time without notice.
28. Survival
The provisions relating to Intellectual Property, User Content, Product Information Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, Payment Obligations, BIM & CAD Disclaimer, and Reliance on Information shall survive termination of any account, membership, subscription, commercial relationship, or use of the Platform.
29. Automated Access, Scraping & Data Extraction
Users may not:
- Use robots, spiders, crawlers, scrapers, data-mining tools, AI harvesting systems, automated extraction tools, or similar technologies to access, copy, collect, index, monitor, or extract content from the Platform.
- Collect manufacturer data, user information, product data, specifications, BIM files, CAD files, certifications, pricing information, or platform content through automated means.
- Use Platform content for training artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, large language models, recommendation systems, or similar technologies without prior written consent from ArchSpex.
ArchSpex reserves the right to block, restrict, suspend, or pursue legal action against any unauthorized automated activity.
30. Search Rankings & Platform Visibility
ArchSpex reserves the right to determine:
- Search rankings
- Category positioning
- Featured placements
- Product ordering
- Visibility algorithms
- Recommendation systems
at its sole discretion.
Participation in the Platform, including paid memberships and advertising services, does not guarantee any specific ranking, visibility position, placement, exposure level, inquiry volume, specification outcome, or commercial result.
31. No Performance Guarantee
ArchSpex does not guarantee:
- Product specifications
- RFQs
- Sample requests
- Sales leads
- Commercial opportunities
- Revenue generation
- Project awards
- Project approvals
- Procurement opportunities
- Market penetration
Participation in the Platform does not guarantee business success or commercial results.
Any business outcome depends on numerous factors beyond the control of ArchSpex and GTV Global.
32. Non-Exclusivity
Unless expressly agreed in writing, participation on the Platform does not grant any manufacturer, advertiser, sponsor, or user:
- Exclusivity rights
- Category exclusivity
- Territory exclusivity
- Product exclusivity
- Industry exclusivity
ArchSpex reserves the right to accept, display, promote, and work with competing manufacturers and products.
This is extremely important for your business model.
33. Content Ownership Warranty
Users and manufacturers represent and warrant that they possess all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, approvals, and authorizations relating to submitted content.
Users further warrant that submitted content:
- Does not infringe intellectual property rights
- Does not violate confidentiality obligations
- Does not violate applicable laws
- Does not mislead users
ArchSpex may remove content at any time if ownership or authorization is questioned.
